  • Pickup/Delivery tickets can now be printed for PO's to track the driver or warehouse people who receive goods. There is a spot for driver initials and a spot for the warehouse person or customer to sign as well.

  • Partial quantites can now be entered into all product quantity areas including in stock and purchase order line items.

07/27/2007 - 3.00.5080 - Problem fixes and enhancements included in this release are as follows:

  • Extra help text added to many of the fields in the application.  This text can be seen by right clicking on a text field and selecting the About menu item.
  • Problem with audit fields showing up on the main vendor screen when the screen is loaded the second time has been fixed.
  • Update link added to the details panel of the Help About screen.  Select the Help menu, click on the About menu item,  then click the details tab, and click on the Updates link on the screen to see the update web page.  If the version on that page is greater than the version on the details tab there is a new update available to the program.  Backup your data folder and download the update.

07/16/2007 - 3.00.5020 - Problem fixes and enhancements included in this release are as follows:

  • Right click on the header of a table will allow sorting as well as export to a file that can be opened in MS Excel or other product supporting the format (CSV).
  • Vendor order and vendor edit screens have been combined for simplicity.

07/12/2007 - 3.00.5010 - Problem fixes and enhancements included in this release are as follows:

Note:  The two icons for product and vendor orders have been changed.  The old icons are now used for basic product and vendor maintenance.  This was done to provide consistency across all applications and should be an easy adjustment for the users.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Database errors when path is invalid have been eliminated.  Default path is used instead.
  • Problem with closing the application when minimized has been fixed.  The program will now launch in the default location.
  • Ability to attach documents and notes to vendors and products.

  • Various updates to the Vista Theme
  • Addition of Reference number to the transactions.  This can be used to hold an order number, request number, or vendor number or any other reference required
  • Order status will be changed to received when the order is received in the product view.
  • Some transaction information can be changed.  Double click the transaction in the product view screen to get a change window
  • When an order is received in the product view the open order list will be reloaded immediately to reflect the change
  • Application "Sticky Notes" can be created as reminders of things to do.
  • Reference number will print on transaction reports
