  • Fix audit fields appearing on main screen the second time the customer or product screen is opened.
  • Incorporate updates to retail manager invoice close process into job manager.

07/27/2007 - 1.00.6000 - Problem fixes and enhancements included in this release are as follows:

  • Update link added to the details panel of the Help About screen.  Select the Help menu, click on the About menu item,  then click the details tab, and click on the Updates link on the screen to see the update web page.  If the version on that page is greater than the version on the details tab there is a new update available to the program.  Backup your data folder and download the update.
  • Refresh from bid button added to the main project edit screen.  This will update project and project item information from the bid that created them.  It will not alter the structure of the items in the project.
  • Status bar added to main screen to give overall information about projects.
  • Projects to invoice report added to reports menu.
  • Project item tree is updated when item is deleted and project totals are updated as well.
  • Project deletion has been fixed to ensure all sub-items are deleted as well.

07/19/2007 - 1.00.4900 - Problem fixes and enhancements included in this release are as follows:

  • When job is status is changed to completed the current date will automatically be filled in the completed date field.
  • 4 basic profitability reports have been added.
  • Projected profit calculation now works properly.
  • Automatic totaling now works when items are changed.
  • Delete operation has been enhanced to delete sub items when items are deleted.

  • Item paid flag added to the job cost transaction edit screen and purchase order edit screen.
  • Right click on the header of a table will allow sorting as well as export to a file that can be opened in MS Excel or other product supporting the format (CSV).

  • Problem with closing screen when minimized has been fixed.

  • Load costs from supply manager application and credits from retail manager.
  • Added cost info tab to the project edit screen.  This shows cost and credit info from all sources and shows some basic profitability numbers.
